Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with a deep understanding of gaming, esports, and pop culture trends. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, brand-consistent visuals that capture the attention of the gaming community across digital platforms and physical/on-ground events.
Scope of Work (Responsibilities)
- Key Visuals & Branding: Develop Key Visuals (KV), creative concepts, and visual guidelines for gaming campaigns, tournaments, product launches, and brand activations.
- Social Media Assets: Create daily and weekly visual content for social media channels (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook), including carousels, posters, thumbnails, and infographics.
- Marketing & Promotional Materials: Design digital marketing assets such as ad banners (Google Ads, Meta Ads), website headers, e-banners, and sponsorship presentation decks.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual output strictly aligns with company brand guidelines and partner/publisher requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Lead, Copywriter, Social Media Team, and Video Editors to execute integrated campaign ideas.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design (experience within the gaming, esports, creative agency, or digital media industries is a strong plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid grasp of visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Gaming Passion: Strong passion for and understanding of gaming culture, esports, and visual trends among gamers.
- Portfolio: A strong design portfolio (required) demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, or social media content.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, openness to constructive feedback, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
