5. Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join Virtuenet’s marketing team. This position is responsible for creating various visual materials that support our marketing and branding objectives. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate ideas visually, have a solid understanding of design principles, and be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
6. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop marketing materials, including website banners, digital ads, social media visuals, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Create innovative and creative designs based on marketing needs, campaigns, and Virtuenet events.
• Photography: Capture high-quality photographs for marketing materials, product promotions, or corporate events, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and branding.
• Videography: Record and produce professional video content for advertisements, social media, or internal use, focusing on storytelling and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Produce designs for Instagram Reels, carousel posts, and other visual content for social media platforms.
• Edit and modify designs based on feedback received.
• Maintain high quality and consistency in designs across various platforms.
• Organize and store design files in a way that is easily accessible for other teams.
7. Job Requirements:
• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience in the IT or software industry.
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, or other graphic design tools.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and layout.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent visual communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
• Experience designing for social media platforms and creating engaging content for digital audiences.
• A portfolio showcasing design skills and relevant experience.
8. Nice to Have:
• Experience in animation and video editing.
