Social Elite is scaling fast in livestream and social commerce. We’re looking for a Mid-Level Designer with sharp visual thinking, high execution speed, and a commercial mindset to craft conversion-driven designs — not just pretty visuals, but results-focused creatives.

1. Job Description:
70% – Livestream Poster Design:
- Lead the design of livestream posters: Facebook Live, TikTok Live, Shopee Live.
- Optimize layout systems for multi-product, multi-brand campaigns.
- Ensure clear hierarchy, effective CTA placement, and brand consistency.
- Proactively suggest improvements to layout and visual flow to boost conversions.
30% – Social Media Visual Support:
- Support the design of social media posts and story templates when needed.
- Collaborate closely with content to bring campaign insights to life visually.
- Adapt visuals for platform-specific needs: Facebook vs TikTok, Shopee, etc.
2. Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in graphic design; experience with livestream/e-commerce is a big plus.
- Mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma or After Effects/AI is a bonus.
- Able to manage multiple tasks at once and stay cool under tight deadlines.
- Strong visual sense that prioritizes clarity, effectiveness, and trends.
- A portfolio showcasing real work with commercial impact and layout thinking.
- Proactive, self-directed, and not afraid to push back to defend good design.
