a. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, including motion graphics and 3D design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D). Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and produce innovative designs. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including motion graphics and 3D work.
- In-depth knowledge of current design trends and the ability to apply them effectively. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions to improve designs.
b. Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics for digital ads, social media, websites, and print materials. Develop motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns. Create 3D designs and renderings for product mockups and event booths.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Collaborate with the Creative Manager to align designs with overall creative direction and marketing strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Implement current design trends in projects to ensure contemporary and competitive outputs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Work closely with team members to deliver cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Communicate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences. Present design concepts and revisions based on client feedback.
