Deskripsi pekerjaan Graphic Designer PT STELLARIS TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Operations Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing various operational workflows and processes, while ensuring alignment with the company's visual and brand identity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to create engaging and user-friendly designs that support our business goals and enhance customer experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Operational Materials: Design visual solutions for promotional and marketing campaigns based on market and operational needs. Responsible for the visual design of products or brands across various online channels (Primary responsibility for designing materials on Shopee and TikTok). This includes creating posters, banners, and ads that enhance user engagement and conversion rates, while ensuring consistency in style and high-quality visuals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to understand requirements, deliver creative solutions, and ensure brand consistency.
- Process Optimization: Design and improve operational processes and tools for better efficiency, automation, and performance monitoring.
- User Interface (UI) Design: Develop intuitive and user-friendly UI designs for internal tools, ensuring that they are visually aligned with brand guidelines and meet user needs.
- Data Visualization: Create effective visual representations of data to assist teams in making informed decisions based on operational metrics and performance.
- Brand Identity Management: Ensure that all operational materials are consistent with the company’s branding and visual standards.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in operations design, graphic design, or a similar role
- Proven experience in designing workflows, dashboards, or tools that improve operational efficiency
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects
