Job Description
- Create visual assets for social media, learning material, etc.
- Translate brand identity into consistent visual language across channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to support campaigns and product launches.
- Revise designs based on feedback and brand guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Education
- University student or recent graduate from any majors with a GPA > 3.00.
- Experience
- Experience in designing for digital platforms (can be freelance, organization, or personal projects).
- Familiarity with creating social media content, infographics, or brand materials.
- Soft Skills
- Attention to visual detail and consistency.
- Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling.
- Open to feedback and revision.
- Able to manage multiple design requests and deadlines.
- Collaborative and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hard Skills
- Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Basic knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Familiar with export formats for print and digital use.
- Tech-savvy, staying up-to-date with AI trends, and having basic knowledge of UI design are a plus.
