Job Description :
1. Create design promotion and campaign materials for online & offline output.
2. Think creatively and pitch design concepts, layout, and images for certain
projects.
3. Assist, independently or collaboratively, work with other designers, Art
Directors & Creative Director.
4. To consistently create high-quality standards of visual outcomes.
5. Able to effectively manage timelines and execution of projects.
6. Able to juggle between multiple projects and ensure that all meet required
standards & timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Strong visual aesthetic sense, creative visual skills, with a great attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to changing design trends, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of brand and project guidelines and create consistent designs for various platforms.
- Proficiency with design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) and familiar with Google Workspace.
- Adaptability in working with various projects and tight deadlines, and thrive in a team environment.
- Have a positive attitude, self-motivated, and organized.
- Internship/full-time experience in creative agency, commerce or beauty brand is preferred.
- Experience in the production & digital content/media industry is preferred.
