We are looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Design Staff member to join our team at PT Koalisi Papa Boga Makmur. As a Graphic Design Staff, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that support our marketing and branding initiatives. This is a full-time position based in West Jakarta, Joglo.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia Design, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the agency industry.
- Experience in motion graphics and proficiency in software like After Effects (basic) is a plus.
- Experience in creating doodles is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Skills in photography and videography.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and develop innovative, creative design ideas for promotional, communication, and branding materials.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of marketing materials, including print advertisements, social media graphics, product packaging, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into engaging visual content.
- Produce visually engaging designs for marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, websites, digital advertising, e-commerce, and offline marketing (events & in-store marketing).
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and multimedia content for social engagement.
- Develop motion graphics and edit videos as needed.
- Ensure all design projects meet high-quality standards and are completed on schedule.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve the visual appeal of our brand.
