JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and manage visual content across all Teman Startup and client platforms.
- Translate creative briefs into high quality design executions aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with Brand Strategists, Project Manager, and Marketing Teams to create engaging visual assets.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding and adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Support campaign and event material development including posters, banners, and merchandise.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
- Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about creative storytelling and brand identity.
