About the Role :
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Design Development:
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
- Design logos, branding materials, and other visual assets as needed.
Conceptualization:
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop innovative concepts and design solutions.
- Translate ideas into engaging visual content that communicates messages effectively.
Project Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and content teams, to meet project objectives.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
Multimedia Design:
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and video assets for digital platforms.
- Enhance visual storytelling through dynamic and interactive content.
Revision and Feedback:
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalize designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Asset Management:
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets for future use.
- Ensure proper file management and preparation for print or digital publication.
Qualifications :
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
Creative Skills:
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create engaging visuals that align with brand identity and project goals.
Language Proficiency:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is preferred for collaborating with international teams and clients.
