GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Description :

1. Develop creative concepts and visual designs that align with Loan Market’s brand identity and communication objectives.
2. Design marketing materials such as social media content, digital ads, flyers, brochures, presentations, office branding materials, and event collaterals.
3. Support internal and corporate communication initiatives with clear, visually engaging layouts.
4. Adapt visuals for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, website, etc.).
5. Maintain and update design templates for company-wide use.
6. Work with external vendors (printers, production houses) to ensure accuracy and quality in final outputs.
7. Stay updated with design trends and apply them appropriately within a professional financial brand context.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate communication or marketing environment.
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus.
4. Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
5. Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, effective visuals.
6. Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
7. Basic video editing or motion graphic skills are an advantage
