Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
• Create visually striking designs for various marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, social media graphics, and more.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and meet design requirements.
• Produce designs that are not only visually engaging but also highly effective in reaching our target audience.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A robust portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous brand development work.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and awareness of social media design trends is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
