GRAPHIC DESIGNER (REMOTE) — FULL-TIME
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who combines strong visual skills with thoughtful design thinking. Someone who understands that great design isn't just about making things look good, but also about structure, consistency, and attention to detail.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create visual assets across multiple formats, including social media, digital ads, print, presentations, and packaging.
- Develop layouts with strong visual hierarchy, composition, and grid systems.
- Maintain visual consistency across brand assets and communication touchpoints.
- Apply typography, spacing, and other design fundamentals with precision.
- Prepare clean, well-organized design files for smooth handoffs.
- Refine your work based on feedback while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This role requires more than execution. We're looking for someone who understands the reasoning behind their design decisions.
- At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, grid systems, and composition.
- Good typography skills and sensitivity to visual details.
- The ability to think in design systems rather than isolated visuals.
- A strong sense of consistency, craftsmanship, and quality.
- The ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and adapt to changing needs.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals, versatility, and thoughtful design execution.
