Job Description:
- Create visual designs for marketing, social media, campaigns, and company-related activities.
- Develop creative visual concepts that align with the company’s brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Design various marketing materials, including social media content, banners, posters, flyers, catalogs, presentation decks, marketplace assets, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, and other relevant teams to translate briefs into engaging visual designs.
- Adapt designs into different formats and platforms for both digital and offline needs.
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
- Ensure all visual materials are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, visual communication styles, and digital content trends.
- Organize and maintain design files and creative assets properly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Bachelors/Diploma degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Arts, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Adobe InDesign.
- Familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Able to translate creative briefs into compelling and effective visual concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
- Experience creating designs for social media, digital campaigns, or e-commerce is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fashion, sneakers, retail, e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries.
- Basic understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.
- Good understanding of design requirements across different digital platforms and social media channels.
