Job Description:
1. Creative Direction
• Develop and implement creative concepts aligned with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
• Review and approve designs to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
2. Project Management
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Plan and prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
3. Technical Expertise
• Create and edit designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Oversee the production of various visual assets, including digital ads, social media content, website graphics, branding tools, and print materials.
• Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms and formats.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a graphic designer
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
