Graphic Designer

Cave Men’s Grooming is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles and techniques, including the ability to create simple motion graphics.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for print, digital media, social media, and other marketing materials. Develop unique concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with our brand identity and objectives.
• Ability to create simple and compelling motion graphics, animations, and video content. Transform static designs into dynamic visual experiences to enhance user engagement and convey complex ideas effectively.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Collaborate effectively with team members to brainstorm ideas, contribute to creative discussions, and ensure consistency across all designs and motion graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the quality of work.
• Ensure all designs and motion graphics meet high-quality standards and are error-free.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the same position within the retail personal care products industry, with a focus on men's grooming would be a plus. Fresh graduate with internship experience can apply
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and motion graphics work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to create simple motion graphics and animations to enhance user experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to do full WFO.
