GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Description :

1. Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
2. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all designs.
3. Develop unique, creative concepts for campaigns and product launches.
4. Maintain and update brand assets, templates, and design guidelines.
5. Optimize graphics and layouts for different platforms and formats.
6. Capture high-quality images for a variety of purposes, including product shots, events, and promotional campaigns.
7. Plan, organize, and execute photoshoots, ensuring alignment with the brand's style and marketing objectives.
8. Edit, retouch, and optimize images for both digital and print use.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Photography, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing both skills.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom) dan Capcut
4. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
5. Hands-on experience with photography equipment, lighting, and composition.
6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
