Graphic Designer

We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work with our creative team to deliver solutions across digital platforms that engage and empower our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple clients across a variety of industries, crafting and delivering advertising campaigns and creating robust brand packages that inspire and engage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling design in both print and digital form. This includes brand identity and marketing materials, and the application across a variety of channels.
• Comfortable interpreting client goals and strategic insight to develop solutions that define typography, color, imagery / illustration, and composition.
• Work independently or collaboratively with designers, video editors, and Brado colleagues, to reliably produce work that is strategic, fresh, and memorable.
• Maintain (or build) brand consistent materials in all projects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and design software to ensure the use of the latest tools and techniques.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative projects.
• Provide constructive feedback and revisions based on internal and client feedback.
• Serves as an internal subject matter expert in presentation design with a specific focus in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and other design platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a design agency or similar setting
• Have experience handling client banking industry
• Have experience with ATL campaigns
• Have experience with Final Artwork (FA)
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
• Experience with motion graphics is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetic
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative problem-solver with a strong work ethic
