Deskripsi pekerjaan
• Tham gia vào quá trình thiết kế từ ý tưởng đến hoàn thành
• Nghiên cứu xu hướng và các giải pháp thiết kế mới
• Lắng nghe phản hồi để trau dồi kỹ năng và cải tiến thiết kế
• Thiết kế các ấn phẩm quảng cáo trên kênh digital marketing (website, facebook, youtube…) như banner flash, popup, email template, giao diện website/ứng dụng,v.v…
• Thiết kế các ấn phẩm in (tờ rơi, brochure, poster, bandroll, v.v..), các vật phẩm sử dụng trong ngày lễ, sự kiện (backdrop, giấy mời, standee, bảng biển, v.v…)
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
• Tốt nghiệp các trường/ khóa học thiết kế, các ngành đồ họa ứng dụng và có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí Graphic Designer
• Kinh nghiệm từ 0 đến 1 năm
• Đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường Digital Marketing.
• Hiểu biết về Branding Design.
• Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm thiết kế
• Biết vẽ (tay/digital) & đam mê nhiếp ảnh là một lợi thế
• Hiểu biết về các nguyên lý thị giác
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm tốt.
• Có tính cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, chi tiết, có khả năng tập trung tư duy sáng tạo, phân tích nội dung thiết kế, chuyển tải ý tưởng và giao tiếp tốt.
• Có ý thức chủ động cập nhật xu hướng thiết kế, công nghệ mới để áp dụng vào công việc.
• Có thái độ tích cực, học hỏi nhanh, không ngại khó, không ngại thay đổi.

saya memegang fullstack develop web, sembari teknisi it memaintain aset komputer kantor, memantain web yg sudah ada dan mendevelop web dari permintaan atasan, mengerjakan design grafis untuk printed product, mengurus pajak ppn 10 dan memegang kelengkapan legalitas. perusahaan tempat saya, memegang 600++ karyawan outsource yg tersebar di selindo. apakah dengan pekerjaan sebegitu banyaknya saya dihargai hanya dengan gaji UMR atau bahkan bsa dibilang di bawah UMR? terima kasih atas jawabannya
