Graphic Designer (Fashion Brand)

Eclaire is a growing women's fashion brand offering timeless, feminine, and effortlessly chic pieces for women of different shapes and sizes.
We're building a passionate and collaborative creative team, and we're looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong visual sense, creative thinking, and attention to detail to grow with us!
Job Responsibilities :
- Create visually engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and marketing materials.
- Develop campaign visuals, promotional banners, product launch assets, and other brand creatives.
- Translate creative briefs into high-quality designs aligned with Eclaire's brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Brand Lead and marketing team.
- Maintain visual consistency across Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, website, and other brand touchpoints.
- Contribute creative ideas and visual references for upcoming campaigns and collections.
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare final artwork for digital and print production when needed.
Qualification :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
- Has a strong aesthetic sense and an eye for modern fashion and lifestyle trends.
- Able to translate briefs into polished designs with minimal supervision.
- Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with a team.
- Experience in art direction, branding, or campaign development is a plus.
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.
- Portfolio is required.

Working Days: Monday–Friday
Working Hours: 09.00–17.00 WIB
