Graphic Designer — Branding & Creative Agency
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing creative agency. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong visual sense, enjoys building brands from concept to execution, and is excited to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
Responsibilities
* Develop creative concepts and visual directions for branding and campaign projects
* Create visual assets for digital and social media platforms
* Assist in brand identity development including layouts, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines
* Work closely with the creative team to execute client projects from ideation to final output
* Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency
* Present and communicate design ideas clearly
* Revise and refine designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients
* Stay updated with current design, branding, and social media trends
Requirements
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator / Affinity Designer
* Understanding of layouting, branding, composition, typography, and visual storytelling
* Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
* Able to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into compelling visuals
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Open-minded, proactive, and willing to learn
Plus Points
* Familiar with CapCut or basic video editing
* Experience in social media content creation
* Knowledge of motion graphics or simple animation
* Familiar with Figma or other collaborative design tools
* Understanding of current social media and visual trends
