Graphic Designer

LIT Group, which stands for Life Inspires Today, is dedicated to empowering and inspiring others through the beauty sector. LIT Group is made up of B2B and B2C enterprises with names including Everlash and Ruhee for lash extension salons, Pigmentier for nail salons, and Lavere lash which focuses in academy and professional retail products.

LIT group is expanding as we come up with innovative concepts and carry out brand-new initiatives while overcoming obstacles. We are now seeking enthusiastic and imaginative people to join us on our adventure, work with us, and develop as a team.

We are looking for Creative Graphic Designer to complement our Marketing & Communication Team that creates marketing content across offline and online communication platforms for a beauty brand.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design print and digital materials (marketing campaigns / promotional materials / collaterals)
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
• Retouch and manipulate images
• Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop design concepts
• Receive feedback from the marketing team and make necessary changes

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates (art / design / creative multimedia or equivalent) welcome to apply!
• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro
• Passion in beauty, lifestyle, social media trends
• Basic skills requirements: Photography, Videography, Typography, Good in English (verbal & written) will be a plus point
• Good taste and eye for classy aesthetics, colors, and details
• Loves to be creative and create digital content for printed media (key visuals, collaterals, social media contents)
• Able to interact, communicate, share & present ideas to strengthen brand identity through various designs material
• Positive working attitude, team player, and able to work immediately in WFO working arrangement daily in our office located in Kemang area Jakarta Selatan.
