JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 2–4 years of graphic design experience (digital & print)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Able to create digital, print, packaging, and AI-generated content
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, and visual trends
- Skilled in adapting designs for multiple formats and platforms
- Experienced in photo editing, retouching, packaging, and basic motion graphics
- Knowledge of print production (CMYK, bleed, crop marks, dielines)
- Detail-oriented, organized, fast-paced, and able to handle multiple projects collaboratively
- Able to generate content with AI tools

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital Content & Social Media
Ad Creative: Designing static banners, carousels, and display ads for platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Social Assets: Creating daily templates and one-off posts for Instagram Stories, LinkedIn updates, website and YouTube
Email Marketing: Designing visually engaging layouts for newsletters and promotional blasts
2. Print & Physical Production
Packaging Design: Managing dielines, typography, and legal copy for product boxes, labels, and hangtags.
Marketing Collateral: Designing high-end brochures, catalogs, business cards, and event signage.
Print Prep: Ensuring all files are "Press Ready" (managing CMYK, bleed, crop marks, and ink limits).
3. Sales & Corporate Support
Presentation Design: Polishing high-stakes PowerPoint or Keynote decks for executive meetings and sales pitches.
Internal Branding: Designing office graphics, employee handbooks, and "swag" (t-shirts, notebooks, etc.).
4. Asset Management & Maintenance
Photo Manipulation: High-end retouching, color correction, and background removal for product photography.
Library Organization: Maintaining a clean, organized server of all project files, final exports, and brand assets.
5. Promotional Marketing design
- Platform-Specific Adaptation (Resizing) A single campaign needs to look native everywhere. You aren't just "stretching" an image; you are rebuilding it for:
- Vertical (9:16): Instagram/TikTok Stories and Reels.
- Square (1:1): Instagram Feed and Facebook posts.
- Horizontal (16:9): YouTube banners, LinkedIn, and website hero sections.
- Display Banners: Standard Google Ad sizes (300x250, 728x90, etc.).
- Selecting or creating a high-impact visual (product shot, lifestyle photo, or illustration) that stops the scroll.
- Headline Dominance: Making sure the "Offer" (e.g., 50% OFF or NEW ARRIVAL) is the first thing the eye sees.
- Making the product colors pop so they look appetizing or premium.
- Placing a product into a lifestyle setting (e.g., putting a bottle of water on a sun-drenched beach). Can use (Photoshop or AI tools like Generative Fill)
