We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography, experienced in Adobe Creative Suite and AI design tools like Midjourney or Nano Banana.
The role involves creating both digital and print designs, from social media visuals to menus, packaging, and website assets, all aligned with MAJA’s brand identity.
The ideal candidate can work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, launches, and promotions. Experience in hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Attention to detail, strong file organization, and the ability to prepare print-ready materials are essential. You will support the visual needs across our spa, studio, café, and hotel while helping maintain a consistent, inspiring brand presence.
Responsibilities;
• Design visuals for social media (Instagram posts, stories, reels covers, ads)
• Create print materials (menus, flyers, posters, packaging, signage)
• Design assets for website and digital platforms
• Develop visuals for campaigns, launches, events and promotions
• Create brand-consistent designs aligned with MAJA’s aesthetic
• Prepare files ready for professional printing
• Contribute new creative ideas for marketing and brand development
• Support visual needs for spa, studio, café and hotel
• Maintain organized working files and exports (InDesign, Illustrator etc.)
• Use AI tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana or similar to support creative concepts and workflow efficiency
REQUIREMENTS ;
• Strong eye for aesthetic, layout and typography
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience creating both print and digital designs
• Understanding of branding and visual identity
• Experience using AI design tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana or similar
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Creative thinker who brings new ideas and inspiration
• Strong file organization and handover structure
• Experience in hospitality, wellness or lifestyle brands is a plus
