Job Description
- Stay up-to-date with the latest editing tools and trends — including AI tools, trending effects, and platform updates.
- Edit photos and videos tailored for clients’ social media platforms.
- Design static ads and video ads for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Develop branding kits, logos, illustrations, flyers, moodboards, and animations for brands.
- Adapt ads designs for a wide range of clients while staying true to each brand’s unique style and identity.
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts), with thoughtful choices in music, fonts, effects, and pacing.
- Add subtitles, captions, sound effects, GIFs, memes, and other enhancements as needed.
- Prepare high-quality design assets for use on websites and other digital platforms.
- Take full ownership of the creative process and ensure consistency with each client's brand identity.
You’ll Also Need to
- Research Client aesthetics & always ask questions and brief before starting work
- Understand what is required from you – the purpose – and the vision
- Research industry best practices and present ideas for improving visuals
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Use appropriate branding for each client
- Revise designs after feedback
- Be creative & always take it one step further
- Deliver your tasks on time, respecting your deadlines and your team’s deadlines
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics
- Has skills on Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro. After Effects is a plus.
- Strong design skills: static ads, illustrations, branding, layouts, and logos
- Skilled in editing Reels, TikToks, and adding effects/GIFs. Motion Graphic is a plus.
- Sharp visual instincts with strong aesthetic judgment
- High attention to detail with consistent execution
- Able to adapt and work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Team-oriented, communicative, and deadline-driven
