ARC Global Network is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer. You will work closely with creative directors, strategists, copywriters, and content teams to develop branding systems, campaign visuals, motion graphics, and social-first creative assets for multiple brands across different industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of visual concepts and creative direction for branding and digital campaigns
- Translate creative briefs and brand strategies into compelling visual outputs
- Design and execute brand identity systems including logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines
- Create social media content, campaign assets, ads, banners, and landing visuals
- Produce motion graphics for social media and digital campaigns (Reels, TikTok, short-form content, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and content teams throughout project execution
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
- Prepare final assets with proper specs and platform-ready formats
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a branding or digital agency environment
- Strong understanding of brand identity development and visual systems
- Proven experience managing multi-brand projects across various industries
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Canva, and CapCut
- Able to create high-quality visuals for social media, campaigns, and advertisements
- Strong understanding of social-first and engagement-driven creative approaches
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Up-to-date with design trends, internet culture, and platform behavior
- Illustration skills are a plus
- Portfolio must showcase branding projects, campaign work, and motion content
