Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in designing digital content and product packaging, including campaigns, promotions, and packaging materials
- Strong understanding of design principles, color systems, file formats, and industry standards
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or other relevant design software (additional tools will be considered an advantage)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop high-quality digital design assets for campaigns, websites, social media platforms, marketplaces, and advertisement
- Design and produce product packaging materials such as boxes, labels, stickers, and sleeves
- Structure clear and effective layouts for product information, key features, and regulatory or legal elements
- Ensure visual consistency across all design outputs in alignment with the company’s brand guidelines
- Adapt packaging designs for digital and online platforms
- Manage design timelines, revisions, and deliverables to meet business objectives
