Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in creating branding and promotional design materials.
- Able to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple design projects effectively.
- Experience collaborating with Brand, Marketing, or related cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other relevant design software.
Job Description:
- Create and develop visual design materials that align with the brand's identity and business objectives.
- Design promotional materials for both digital and print platforms, including social media, marketplaces, websites, brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistency of the brand's visual identity across all communication and promotional materials.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts in collaboration with the Brand and related teams.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print media in accordance with company standards.
- Revise design materials based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure optimal quality and effectiveness.
- Organize, manage, and maintain design assets and files for easy access and future use.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and creative innovations to continuously improve visual content.
