Deskripsi pekerjaan Graphic Designer (Social Media) Qoar Creative Agency
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and produce creative designs for marketing materials, advertisements, and digital assets according to brief and in line with brand guidelines
2.Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure the outputs align with the project objectives.
3. Develop and maintain a consistent visual style for our social media channels, ensuring all graphics align with client's brand identity and messaging.
4. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics and campaigns.
3. Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, hierarchy, layout composition, and color theory
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their specific design requirements, and best practices.
5. Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and tight time constraints.
7. Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
8. Proficiency in these 3 design software: Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
9. Ability to WFO in our HeadQOARter (Surabaya)"
