Job Description
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the company’s visual and branding needs, with a focus on product packaging, marketing materials, and Instagram content management. This role is ideal for a designer who is detail-oriented, visually sensitive, and capable of handling both design execution and basic social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing product packaging (labels, boxes, stickers, pouches, etc.)
- Create visual assets for Instagram content, including posts, stories, and simple reels
- Manage daily Instagram activities, including content posting and basic account maintenance
- Ensure visual consistency across branding and social media
- Prepare print-ready files according to production standards
- Revise designs based on internal feedback
- Support visual documentation for products and client projects
- Coordinate with marketing and production teams when required
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Vocational School (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign is a plus)
- Basic understanding of Instagram content formats and trends
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and color
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow brand direction
- Able to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Interest in packaging design, branding, and wellness products
- Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)
- Experience managing a brand Instagram account
- Basic photo or video editing for social media
- Knowledge of printing processes (digital / offset)
- Experience in wellness, beauty, or FMCG brands
- Relevant design portfolio
