BLACKCROP ROASTERY is a growing specialty coffee roastery and café passionate about delivering quality coffee and creating memorable customer experiences.
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive individual to help grow our brand through visual design, social media, and marketplace management.

What You’ll Do
🎨 Design promotional materials, posters, menus, and coffee packaging.
📱 Create, edit, and schedule content for Instagram & TikTok.
🛒 Upload and maintain product listings on Shopee & Tokopedia.
📸 Assist in simple product photography and content creation.
📦 Update product descriptions, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
📈 Assist with branding, marketing campaigns, and new product launches.
🤝 Work closely with the owner to build and grow the BLACKCROP brand.

Requirements
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
• Creative with good visual taste.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn and grow with the company.
• Interest in coffee is a plus (but not required).
