The College of Contract Management is a leading UK-based education provider specialising in Engineering, Construction, Management, Business, IT & Software, Social & Healthcare, and Professional Development (CPD) programmes.
As part of our continued international growth, we are expanding our Digital Marketing team in Jakarta and are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help strengthen our brand identity across digital and print media.
Please note: This is a fully onsite position based in Jakarta. Interviews will be conducted face-to-face only.
About the Role
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling.
You will work closely with our Digital Marketing, Content, and Video teams to create engaging visual assets for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming ideas into creative designs while maintaining consistency across all brand communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative marketing materials for both digital and print platforms
- Create graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and promotional campaigns
- Produce visual content that aligns with the College's branding and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with the Content, SEO, and Video teams on marketing campaigns
- Prepare design assets for digital publishing and print production
- Ensure consistency across all company branding and visual communications
- Revise designs based on internal feedback and project requirements
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting agreed deadlines
- Stay up to date with current design trends and industry best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and marketing design work
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience using Canva for marketing materials
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Figma is an advantage
- Good understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic English communication skills are preferred
