Role: Graphic Design Internship (POSM)
System: Hybrid (WFO dan WFH)
Location: Gading Serpong
Responsibilities
- Adapt key visual/main campaign designs (posters, banners, promotional visuals) into various POSM materials based on brand needs.
- Create design adaptations for multiple POSM outputs such as wobblers, shelf frames, shelf talkers, hanging mobiles, stoppers, store posters, signage, and other in-store display materials.
- Adjust layouts, dimensions, and compositions while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and campaign visuals.
- Prepare final artwork files for production and printing purposes.
- Collaborate with Brand, Trade Marketing, and production vendors regarding revisions and design requirements.
- Ensure all POSM materials are visually appealing, communicative, and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Support design revision processes based on internal feedback and field requirements.
- Organize and manage campaign design assets including master files, visual elements, and fonts.
- Assist with additional design needs for offline promotions and in-store activations.
- Ensure all design outputs are production-ready by considering technical details such as bleed, color mode, and print resolution.
