We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Creative & Visual Storyteller)

Location: Bali, Tumbak Bayuh

Full-Time, On-Site

Are you a versatile designer with experience both in fast-paced agencies and brand-side creative teams and love turning ideas into high-impact visuals?

We're building a bold, creative marketing agency, and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands what it takes to bring campaigns to life across different industries and platforms. If you’re fluent in both visual storytelling and design execution, from banners to brochures, websites to videos, this is for you.

About the Role

You must be willing to work on-site in Bali (Tumbak Bayuh). Remote is not available for this role.

You’ll be a key part of our creative team, crafting design assets that help our clients grow and stand out. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and sometimes directly with clients, balancing creativity, consistency, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop marketing materials: banners, flyers, brochures, and other print/digital collateral.
• Create clean, modern, and responsive website mockups (no coding required).
• Edit and produce short-form videos for social media, paid ads, and internal content.
• Translate briefs into compelling visuals that are on-brand and on-message.
• Collaborate with strategists, content creators, and project managers to deliver assets on time.
• Contribute to branding projects and visual identity systems.
• Adapt and refine visual content based on feedback and performance data.
• Create and draw illustrations for assets
• Assist in marketing assets management in social and marketing channels

✅ What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, including time spent in both agency and in-house/brand-side roles.
• A strong and versatile portfolio showcasing print, digital, and video work across multiple industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with Figma, Canva, CapCut or other modern design tools is a plus.
• Strong visual communication skills, layout, typography, hierarchy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment while juggling multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable receiving feedback from multiple stakeholders (creative leads, clients, and brand managers).
• Ability to create original illustrations and custom graphics for digital and print marketing materials
