Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand or creative design roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and creative visual works.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Basic understanding of AI-powered design tools and their creative applications.
- Solid grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and branding systems.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand coherence.
- Good communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute visual concepts that reflect and enhance the brand’s identity and values.
- Design marketing materials for both digital and print use, ensuring consistent brand expression.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers, Marketing, and Content teams to align design with brand strategy.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
- Research and apply design trends, including AI-generated design and data-driven creativity, to keep the brand innovative.
- Present design concepts and justify creative decisions based on brand strategy and user insight.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
