Responsibilities:
- Create visual designs for marketing, promotional, and operational needs.
- Develop creative content for social media, digital platforms, website, and online campaigns.
- Design promotional materials such as posters, flyers, menus, vouchers, banners, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Create visual assets for restaurant promotions, events, campaigns, and special occasions.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand identity, visual guidelines, and tone of communication.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, Operations, and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for various platforms.
- Prepare artwork and files for printing and digital publication.
- Edit photos, images, and other visual materials when needed.
- Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, photos, and brand assets.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and creative references.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Support other creative and visual requirements as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle, or F&B industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent design software.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other digital design tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio is required.
