Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Multimedia Designer, or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing skills.
- Experience creating social media content and digital marketing materials.
- Experience in fintech, digital products, or app-based services is a plus
Technical & Creative Skills
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar software.
- Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar applications.
- Familiar with motion graphics and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, color, visual composition, video pacing, and storytelling.
- Able to create content that is visually appealing and suitable for current social media trends.
- Able to adapt designs and videos to different formats and platform requirements.

Working Condition
- Willing to work full-time On-Site / Work From Office (WFO) and collaborate closely with the marketing team on content production and campaign execution
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create visual content for social media, promotional campaigns, ads, and marketing assets, including occasional landing page design adjustments.
- Video Editing: Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms, including cutting footage, adding text, transitions, music, and visual effects.
- Motion Graphics: Create simple animations and motion graphics to make visual content more engaging.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content team to develop visual concepts and execute content ideas and campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and videos follow Viapulsa’s visual identity, branding guidelines, and content standards.
- Content Optimization: Adapt visual designs and video edits to suit different social media platforms and content formats.
- Revision & Asset Management: Make revisions based on feedback and organize design files, video projects, and final assets properly
