WE ARE HIRING GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the retail and vape industry.
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other graphic design software.
* Experienced in utilizing AI tools to enhance design quality, content creation, and workflow efficiency.
* Up-to-date with the latest design, social media, and digital marketing trends.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation strategies.
* Good command of English, both written and spoken.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Creative, innovative, and capable of developing fresh visual concepts and ideas.
* Own transportation and valid driving license.
* Honest, responsible, disciplined, and highly organized.
* Able to follow company guidelines, brand standards, and SOPs consistently.
* Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
* Design promotional materials, marketing assets, and branding materials for both online and offline channels.
* Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms.
* Develop creative concepts that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
* Utilize AI-powered tools to improve creative output and productivity.
* Ensure all creative materials maintain a high standard of quality and consistency.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to support campaigns and business objectives.
* Stay updated with industry trends, consumer behavior, and market developments within the retail and vape sectors.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
* Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and digital marketing strategies.
* Strong portfolio showcasing work in retail, FMCG, lifestyle, or vape-related industries.
