Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house or agency).
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with Canva and Figma is a plus.
- Able to create content for social media, marketing materials, property listings, banners, brochures, and signage.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.
- Understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual communication.
- Basic IT support knowledge: troubleshooting computers/laptops, printers, internet/Wi-Fi, and software installation.
- Able to help manage office devices, email accounts, and basic network setup.
- Experience in property, hospitality, or startup environment is preferred.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Information Technology, or related field.

Job Description:
- Design visual content for social media, ads, website, and promotional materials.
- Create property photos/visual edits and listing materials for ZIPKOS units.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns.
- Provide first-level IT support for office staff (hardware, software, and network issues).
- Maintain and monitor office IT equipment and inventory.
