Responsibilities:
- Create graphic designs including, but not limited to, posters, brochures, banners, infographics, illustrations, logos, product packaging, and other visual elements.
- Develop creative concepts and innovative ideas to visually communicate messages aligned with client or company needs.
- Select appropriate colors and typography that align with the Napocut brand and the design objectives.
- Optimize images and graphics for various media and purposes.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on current design trends and industry developments.
- Responsible for photo retouching, manipulation, and visual enhancement to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent results across digital media (Digital Imaging).
- Creates original illustrations and graphic elements that visually support brand identity and enhance marketing materials.
- Designs website visuals with attention to aesthetics, usability, and brand consistency, collaborating with the UI/UX or development team for implementation (Web Design).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, either in a corporate setting or as a freelancer.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Family (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
- Proficient in Digital Imaging, Illustration, and Web Design, including asset creation, layouting, and visual optimization for digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
- High level of creativity and strong aesthetic sense.
- Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
