Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and marketing objectives into impactful creative direction.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
- Lead concept development and ensure high-quality creative execution end-to-end.
- Drive visual storytelling for 360° marketing campaigns (awareness, engagement, conversion).
- Produce visually engaging and effective promotional materials (digital ads, CRM, DVC, OOH).
- Turn complex financial topics into simple, fun, and engaging educational content.
- Ensure all educational content aligns with HUGeARNS’s brand and client persona and tonality.
- Direct the creation of premium and functional internal & external merchandise.
- Oversee visual implementation for physical assets and offline activations when needed.
- Improve creative processes through new tools, workflows, and innovation.
- Build efficient collaboration workflows across internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Creative Arts, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in creative roles within agencies or in-house marketing teams, with at least 2 years in a leadership creative position.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital campaigns, visual storytelling, and integrated marketing communication.
- Excellent ability to translate complex briefs into clear creative concepts and executable designs.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, visual aesthetics, and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary creative teams (design, copy, motion, etc.).
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Strong collaboration and coordination skills across units and divisions.
Excellent communication skills (in both Bahasa Indonesia and English)—written, verbal, and emotional—enabling effective contribution as a key member of the team.
Mandatory : a person with etos of ecofriendly lifestyle and willing to take test with interview at Jakarta (HO).
