We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer and Content Creator to join our team at PT Arfia Megah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and content creation, with a focus on retail products. This role requires a blend of creative and technical skills to produce engaging visual and written content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of handling administrative tasks and multitasking effectively.
- Create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, product packaging, websites, and social media.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools to ensure innovative and current design practices.
- Develop and produce engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure it is clear, concise, and free of errors.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics to create informative and relevant content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and develop content strategies.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure all content and designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and voice.
- Maintain a cohesive visual style across all marketing channels.
- Develop and update brand guidelines as needed.
4. *Administrative Responsibilities:*
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content and designs.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather information and materials needed for content creation.
- Provide regular updates on project status to the marketing manager.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing budgets for design projects.

- Experience in the retail industry, particularly in chemical manufacturing, is a plus.
