What You Will Do
* Develop visual assets for social media, campaigns, and brand communication
* Translate creative direction into strong visual execution
* Create illustrations, sketches, and visual explorations when needed
* Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and content teams
* Support campaign ideation through visual thinking and references
* Prepare final design assets for digital platforms

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or final year student from Design, Visual Communication Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, Animation, or related fields
- Open to candidates from other majors with strong portfolios and artistic capability
- Strong fundamental skills in:
- Layout & composition
- Typography
- Color sense
- Illustration & sketching
- Visual storytelling
- Able to draw manually or digitally (basic sketching ability is required)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
- Able to adapt visual styles based on brand character

Candidates with the following skills will be prioritized:
* Experience in animation or motion graphics
* Able to animate illustrations or visual assets
* Experience using After Effects, Blender, Procreate, or similar tools
* Strong illustration portfolio
* Familiar with FMCG, youth, or pop-culture visual trends
