About the Role
Online Fellas is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant to produce professional visual content for our clients. You will create designs that align with each client’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, and marketing materials.
- Create presentations, brochures, flyers, and simple digital assets.
- Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Edit images and prepare high-quality files for digital or print use.
- Organise design files, templates, fonts, and brand assets.
- Apply feedback and complete revisions within agreed deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media team members.
Requirements
- Strong design sense, including layout, typography, colour, and composition.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
- Ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.
- Basic video-editing or motion-graphics skills are an advantage.
