Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality, impactful visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, application interfaces, and print collateral.
- Maintain, develop, and ensure absolute consistency of our brand guidelines across all platforms and communication channels.
- Work cross-functionally with Content Team and Operations (Tasker) Teams to translate business strategies and creative briefs into engaging visual narratives.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, industry software, and emerging technologies to continuously optimize the team's creative output.
Experience:
- Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in a creative agency, tech startup, or fast-paced corporate environment is highly preferred).
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, conceptual thinking, and a proven track proficiency in visual execution.
- Mastery of industry-standard design tools, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Figma or motion graphics software (After Effects) is a major advantage.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, grid systems, and principles of both digital (basic UI/UX) and print production.
- Interpersonal communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch creative concepts and articulate design decisions.
- Proven ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting project priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Fine Arts, or other related field.
