As a Graphic Design Intern at KSB, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of visual storytelling and creative expression. Working closely with our team, you will contribute to the development of captivating designs for both digital and print mediums, helping shape the visual identity of our brand. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience, allowing you to showcase your creative talents, learn from industry professionals, and gain insights into the day-today operations of a fast-paced mechanical engineering company.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with our specialists to craft visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. From social media graphics to marketing collateral, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life.
• Ensure consistency with our brand guidelines across all design materials. Your keen eye for detail will contribute to maintaining a cohesive and recognizable visual identity.
• Dive into diverse projects, spanning digital and print media. You'll have the chance to work on a variety of design initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of our overall creative output.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, absorbing insights and incorporating feedback to refine and elevate your designs. Your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively will be essential in delivering impactful visual solutions.
• Juggle multiple projects with finesse, meeting deadlines and managing priorities effectively. This role will provide you with exposure to the end-to-end process of design project management.
Requirements:
• Consistence participation is required
• Must be available to work on Monday through Friday (WFO/WFH)
• Positive attitude
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a graphic design, visual arts, or related program.
• Strongly advised for university students with active online or offline classes NOT to join this program
• Showcase your artistic flair and technical skills through a portfolio that demonstrates a diverse range of design projects. Highlight your ability to translate concepts into visually appealing creations.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with design principles, typography, and color theory is crucial.
• Passionate to work on video projects is a plus with prior experience in video editing
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Enjoy and passionate about exploring and developing new ideas, illustrations, and creative concepts as well as the layout
• Fluent in English
• Passionate to work with corporate design guidelines Internal
• Ability to work as a team player in a multinational environment
• Ability in multitasking and organizing to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team player
Sharing a ceative design portfolio is mandatory for further process and consideration.
