Graphic & UI/UX Designer
Job Description
We are looking for a creative, detail oriented, and passionate Graphic & UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for creating engaging visual designs, developing user friendly digital interfaces, and supporting the company’s branding and digital product development.
Responsibilities
- Create graphic designs for branding, marketing, promotional materials, social media, and corporate communications.
- Develop creative visual concepts, layouts, and consistent brand identities.
- Design and develop UI/UX for websites, applications, and other digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to deliver an optimal user experience.
- Conduct user research and identify user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing, and other relevant teams throughout the design process.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback and business requirements.
- Ensure design quality, consistency, usability, and alignment with company standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, UI/UX, and digital technology.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design and/or UI/UX Design.
- Proven experience in Graphic Design and/or UI/UX Design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
- Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing graphic design and/or UI/UX design projects.
