We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing company in the digital banking sector, who is looking for a Golang Engineer (Swap Engineer) to join their agile and innovative engineering team.
🔧 Job Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
4. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
5. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
6. Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of backend systems.
✅ Qualifications
1. 5 years of hands-on experience as a backend developer (preferably with Golang).
2. Strong understanding of backend architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
3. Proficient in English (both verbal and written), as the role involves communication with international stakeholders.
4. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
5. Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
6. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
7. Familiarity with IT infrastructure.
8. Experience in handling or contributing to AI-related projects is a plus.
