Job Description
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Go with clean architecture principles
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs for high-performance applications
- Implement authentication, authorization, and middleware (JWT-based)
- Design and manage data across relational and NoSQL databases
- Integrate messaging systems for asynchronous processing
- Generate reports (Excel/PDF) for business and operational needs
- Manage file storage integration using object storage solutions
- Implement logging, monitoring, and background job processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Go (Golang)
- Hands-on experience with Gin, GORM, and dependency injection frameworks like Uber FX
- Solid understanding of clean architecture and microservices design
- Experience with databases: MySQL and MongoDB (dual-database setup)
- Familiar with message brokers such as RabbitMQ (AMQP)
- Experience implementing JWT authentication and middleware design
- Proficient in REST API development
- Experience generating reports using libraries like Excelize and GoFPDF
- Familiar with object storage solutions such as MinIO or S3
- Experience with containerization using Docker
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of structured logging tools like Zap or Logrus
- Experience handling cron jobs or background workers
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment
Nice to Have
Experience with database migration tools
Familiar with unit and integration testing in Go
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Background in banking, fintech, or audit/risk systems
