Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Maximum 3 years of professional experience in Backend Development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience using Golang.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in Golang frameworks, concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels), and clean coding principles.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, including query optimization and database design.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience implementing security best practices, authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure API development.
- Understanding of banking, financial services, digital banking, payment systems, or fintech business processes is highly preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications and microservices using Golang for banking and financial services platforms.
- Build secure, scalable, and reliable APIs that support digital banking products and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability and stability.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and internal governance policies.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance platform performance and development efficiency.
- Support deployment activities, release management, and post-production monitoring to maintain high system availability.
